THE RIDE departs from 42nd Street & 8th Avenue in front of Five Guys Burger Restaurant in Midtown Manhattan.
Once you arrive, please check in with THE RIDE staff who are wearing bright orange. Please provide a digital or printed copy of this booking confirmation email or your attached voucher which will be scanned by our RIDE staff. DO NOT BE LATE. If you miss THE RIDE we are unable to move, exchange, or refund your order.
THE RIDE is a family-friendly entertainment experience; however, we do not allow patrons under the age of 6. Please be advised that certain content may not be appropriate for children. You never know what might happen on the streets of New York!
Our vehicles are climate-controlled and fully enclosed in floor-to-ceiling glass. Please note there is no climate-controlled area to wait for the bus during the boarding process. All guests must line up outside. Please dress appropriately.
NO food or drinks allowed onboard except for water.
NO bathrooms on the bus.
THE RIDE is English only.
All sales are final - including reservations made with any sightseeing pass.
